What do I need for my appointment?

A copy of your previous years tax return, and all your current tax related info (Income such as W-2's & 1099's, as well as deductions). We have a tax planning worksheet available under the schedule appointment heading above to assist you in gathering pertinent information. We recommend going to the Schedule w/Preparer link to schedule your appointment online.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we prepare taxes by appointment, so call us at 906-9521 or 350-0866 (even if you are only 5 minutes away) to schedule a time to have your taxes filed. In some cases we may be able to get you in within the hour.

What are the tax preparation options?

We have 2 options available,

Drop off your taxes (we will ask a few questions to make sure we have everything needed) and pick them up the next day. (This is the most popular option)
Have us do your taxes while you wait.

Can I send you my documents electronically (upload)?

Yes, we offer a secure portal to send us you your tax forms and any requested info. Please email us if you upload any info so we can check the upload directory. We will email, call or text you to confirm receipt of your documents.

Are there any additional fees?

Our fee is an all inclusive flat rate for your federal return (and any necessary forms), your state return, and electronic filing. If you have more than one state return to file there is an additional fee of $25 per additional state.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Most refund are sent by the IRS via electronic deposit and are in your bank account within 10-14 days. You can check the status of your refund at the IRS website Where's My Refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
